Appointments run about an hour for a first Medicare conversation, less for a quick question. In person, by phone, or on video — whichever suits you.
Bring your questions, however small they feel. Most people arrive apologizing for not understanding this, and there is really nothing to apologize for.
There’s no cost and no obligation, and nothing gets decided in a single sitting unless you want it to.
